LCA is a two year full time Leaving Cert programme. It begins in late August. We have an application process that helps learners decide whether they are suitable candidates for the programme.
Learners are timetabled from 9am to 3:45pm Monday to Thursday, with an earlier finish on Fridays.
It is important to note that Work Experience is mandatory for LCA.
Groups are no larger than 14 learners and participants are carefully selected.
The LCA is supported by the Limerick & Clare Education & Training Board and is based at LYS’ Community Training Centre, Limerick.
