Due to the public health guidelines on the Coronavirus (Covid-19) we cannot provide in person counselling sessions however, we are continuing to provide counselling support via online platforms to our clients. To those on our waiting list we will endeavor to provide online counselling support when a space becomes available.
If you have never been to counselling then this video will explain how it works & its benefits to you:
You will need to complete a referral form which is available by clicking on the appropriate link below. Due to the current situation with Covid-19, we would encourage all referrals to be submitted online due to limited access to our youth spaces. All agency referrals are to be submitted online.
Please note that as part of the registration and consent process an Individual Data Consent Form must be signed and returned by over 18 self-referrals and parent/guardian referrals of under 18s. This form is included under the appropriate link below. This is to ensure LYS compliance with EU General Data Protection Legislation (GDPR), 2016.
Completed form should be sent in the strictest confidence to:
Be Well Team, Limerick Youth Service, Northside Youth Space, Ballynanty Rd, Ballynanty, Limerick V94 TPP3
or via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
An assigned team member will contact you to arrange a suitable time to meet the young person (or young person & guardian when under 18). Support in completing referral form is available.
