What is Counselling?

If you have never been to counselling then this video will explain how it works & its benefits to you:

How it Works

You will need to complete a referral form which is available by clicking on the appropriate link below.  Due to the current situation with Covid-19, we would encourage all referrals to be submitted online due to limited access to our youth spaces.  All agency referrals are to be submitted online.

Please note that as part of the registration and consent process an Individual Data Consent Form must be signed and returned by over 18 self-referrals and parent/guardian referrals of under 18s.  This form is included under the appropriate link below.  This is to ensure LYS compliance with EU General Data Protection Legislation (GDPR), 2016.

Completed form should be sent in the strictest confidence to:

Be Well Team,  Limerick Youth Service, Northside Youth Space, Ballynanty Rd, Ballynanty, Limerick V94 TPP3

or via email to:

Where possible, we would appreciate if forms could be submitted via email.

An assigned team member will contact you to arrange a suitable time to meet the young person (or young person & guardian when under 18). Support in completing referral form is available.
