This Catering Course is for young people who would like to pursue a career in the catering industry.

This exciting course is divided into a number of modules with the learner getting a broad experience of the catering sector including, fast foods, restaurant and kitchen skills.

• Short order cooking
• Meal service
• Kitchen Skills
• Customer service
• Restaurant experience
• Personal effectiveness
• Communications
• Food theory
• Certification in food safety & hygiene control standards

Leaners will also take part in periods of work experience
