
Throughout the season Limerick Youth Service will work closely with Munster Rugby to raise awareness of the many projects and programme available for young people with on of Ireland’s leading youth organisations.

Limerick Youth Service and Munster Rugby share common values in terms of integrity, working with communities and believing that nothing is impossible, in terms of the heights young people can reach.
Speaking at the launch of the partnership at the Munster High Performance Centre, Fiona O’Grady, CEO, Limerick Youth Service said, ‘we are delighted to team with Munster and look forward to an exciting season ahead for both of us.’
‘The young people were delighted to learn about the partnership and are looking forward to welcoming the Munster players to our youth spaces across the city and county,’ said Fiona.
‘This partnership will also give Munster an opportunity to promote rugby with some of Limerick’s new and underrepresented communities and discover the next generation of starts!’ said Fiona.
On announcing Limerick Youth Service as one of Munster Rugby’s nominated charities for season 2025/26, Seán McMahon, Munster Rugby Head of Communications said ‘we are delighted to have Limerick Youth Service on board as one of our nominated charities for the year ahead in what is our 16th season coordinating the Munster Rugby nominated charity partnership.
‘With Limerick Youth Service’s Northside Youth Space located right beside Thomond Park, it is fantastic to partner with a charity that does such important work in our local community,’ added Seán.
“Limerick Youth Service provide an invaluable service to young people across both Limerick City and County and I’m excited to see how our aligned values and vision can benefit young people across the region.”
Established in 1973, Limerick Youth Service remains committed to connecting with youth people and supporting them to reach their full potential.
Limerick Youth Service is a member of Youth Work Ireland and the Irish Association of Community Training Organisations.
