Titled Showcase of International Youth Work Programmes, the evening will hear from young people who have taken part in European youth exchanges and positive impact its has had on their lives and communities.
Youth exchanges are partnership between youth organisations, where young people from one nation host their peers from another with a return leg.
In the past two years LYS has been to Finland, Greece, Hungary and Romania with young people and staff from these four countries visiting Limerick and the Midwest.
Young people who have participated in the above youth exchanges will be presented with an EU Youthpass, a valuable accreditation that promotes the many skills associated with international youth work.
