The QQI Level 4 Retail Skills Course will equip participants with the relevant knowledge, skill and competence to work effectively in Ireland’s vibrant retail sector.

IT skills are a key feature of the Retail Skills Course

Learners will study a variety of subjects such as customer service, retail sales techniques, computer applications, stock control and take part in periods of work placement with some of Ireland’s leading employers and organisations.

On graduating from the course, learners will have the knowledge, capability and experience to progress to employment in the retail industry and/or further education and training.
