Celebrating Volunteers is the theme of this year’s Youth Work Ireland Week which runs from Saturday, April 1st to Saturday, April 8th.
Throughout the week, Limerick Youth Service will celebrate the role of volunteers in youth clubs, youth work, further education and training.
As part of the week, Limerick Youth Service has several events planned including:
Monday, April 3rd
Moving On Up: Primary to Secondary Transition Programme.
Hazelwood College, Dromcollogher, Limerick (9am-3pm)
- A youth work programme that supports 6th Class students as the graduate from national school to second level
Tuesday, April 4th

Training Centre Volunteers
